Hello ladies..
I don't see this posting so i'm stepping in.

B: Ham & Cheese grits
8 oz ff milk

S: Apple
20 oz bottle of crystal light

L: Baked chicken thigh and wing & mini ear of corn on the cob
Bottle of diet snapple

S: Orange

D: Baked chicken breast, 1/4 cup whole grain wild rice & 1/2 cup of steamed cabbage
Can of diet coke

S: 100 calorie ice cream bar
16 oz Unsweet tea sweetend with splenda

How did you do???

Yumm, that ice cream bar sounds good.

My day:

Breakfast: High protein oatmeal

Lunch - Grilled chicken breast

Snack - Almonds

Dinner - About 1 cup of chili, side salad

Snack - Apple and a string cheese

48oz of water

Calories:950
Protein:68

Not enough water!

hi all,

here is what i had for wednesday. i think i did good for my new first day..�� Anita

Breakfast
2 hard boiled eggs

Lunch
1/4 cup tuna fish
2 slices american cheese
1/3 cup califlfower
4 1/2 snack crackers (like ritz)

Dinner
3 5/8 oz. hamburger
1 slice american cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese with dry jello for flavor
1/2 oz. pork rinds
2 slices wheat bread

Snack
2 oz. pepperoni
2 slices american cheese

96 ozs plain water
2 cups coffee

Exercise
worked in the yard raking up leaves
walked to a store for pork rinds and chips for bf
