TUESDAY ACCOUNTABILITY

Not enough fluids today which is strange for me! Too much to eat which is not unusual unfortunately! I have to get into my routine again and back to tracking.
0900-breakfast sandwich with most of the bread picked away
1200-1/2 turkey and swiss on wheat with half the bread removed and broth from minestrone soup
1400-sf cookie and baked lays
1800-Kobe marinated skirt steak,brocoli and 1/2 sweet potato
2030-sf ff vanilla with sf rootbeer over it and rf wheat thins
I had 2 16 0z hot peppermint tea, 12 0z water and 8 oz crystal light. Work is not good this week. I think it is time to move on pretty soon!

Do you find that you eat more when the weather sucks? I think if I lived in that area (we're headed home now) that I'd be stuck with my head in the fridge most of the day! I"m sorry the job is turning sour..I hate when that happens. It sucks when work sucks.

I can't hardly remember what I ate yesterday cuz it was a friggin blurr. I ate my half portion of protein pancakes in the morning with several cups of coffee and a bottle of water.

Then I watched the kids while the daughters went to see their mom for the last time (she's dying and weighs 66 pounds!) and sent hubby out with son to give him some time away from the hoard..They were quiet for me but I'm mean and that's easy!

I ate some ham and some home fries from their breakfast when they got home.

I don't remember eating lunch at all..I ate a snack of more protein pancakes when we finally got the car pointed south and out of there. I also ate a package of beef jerky while riding in the car.

Then we stopped and ate at sizzler about 7. I had the salad bar. The chicken fillet I picked turned out to be a chicken wing that was HIGHLY breaded. I ate some immitation crab meat salad and some other salads, not pasta. Then I ate half of someone's texas toast..bad idea! Not enough protein to speak of.

I had four containers of water and tons of coffee..realized I hadn't had my vitamins in several days.

Then I had a hypoglycemic reaction to the darn toast and not enough protein when we finally stopped at 9 pm and ate 1 protein pancake (about 1/6 of a serving) with peanut butter off my finger.

I did horrible! I"m sure I'll be down weight when I get home but I haven't exercised because the rain just freezes me! It's still freezing rain this morning in Grants Pass..I'm ready for warm and sunshine in the same moment!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Hope you are home and warm soon! My nephew and his girlfriend just moved back here from Santa Cruz and they are freezing all the time.
I have to watch it when I have oatmeal for breakfast; if I do not have protein within 2 hours I will crash; big time!
I wish my weight would be down! I have not exercised all week because of work and my husband being gone. I have to get my act together!

Hope today is a better day Dawn!!  My days go in blurs too, b/c of having 3 littles one under the age of 4.  But unfortuntately when I'm busy I tend to grab junk food and eat too much!  I've learned I have to PLAN EVERYTHING and that's helped me stay on track the past few weeks.

Ok, my Tuesday...

Breakfast: HIgh protein oatmeal

Lunch - Turkey and cheese on lite english muffin

Snack - Almonds

Dinner - Chicken breast and a few bites of side salad

Snack - greek yogurt

64oz of water

I eat the same things over and over, but it's what I like and I find that consistency works for me.
