Dawn is still traveling so I will start us off tonight.
0900-16 oz protein water
1130-chicken breas 1/4 cup pasta salad and steamed brocoli
1230-16 0z peppermint tea
1400-1/2 PBJ and cup of rf white cheddar popcorn
1600-16 oz water
1830-delite pizza
2130-sf shortcake biscuit w strawberries w splenda and a dollop of cool whip
No exercise, just lots of work! Glad Monday is over

I'm so glad you are more reliable than I am! We got to visiting and lost track of time...What a time we've had but darn I'll be glad to be heading home tomorrow! I can't take too many hours of small children..And it's too late to give you a call now...

I have no idea what my counts are but here is my list..

B: 1/4 serving of protein pancakes

2B: scrambled egg quesadilla

L: I just realized we didn't have lunch!

D: meatloaf, raw spinach salad with pepper vineigret and some sweet potato baked fries...yum

I think that's not bad. I had four containers of water and too much coffee..

Anyway, we're headed out tomorrow and I'll give you call when we stop later tomorrow evening! I'm just sorry we didn't find time to get together but the chaos around here makes me really glad I only have my 18 year old son at home now!

Dawn,
Please do not give it another thought; I was so worn out by the time I got home last night. I was asleep by 9:30! Hope you have a safe trip home. I wish the weather would of been nicer for your visit; but I guess you know why everything is so green up here.

It was nice on Saturday when we got out and did alittle driving around but with five kids?!? Yikes. I'm just happy I can hear the television right now..LOL. I love my family but after two days, I'm ready to move on.

Now that we've been up there and know the situation, we will probably be back again real soon..maybe not REAL soon but soon. Thanks.

My Monday...

Breakfast: High protein oatmeal

Lunch:  Turkey and cheese on lite english muffin

Snack:  Almonds

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, broccoli

Snack: Orange and a string cheese

64oz of water

Calories: 905
Protein: 74
