SUNDAY ACCOUNTABILITY

I am just home form a family weekend trip; it was fun.
0900-1/2 pancake and 1/2 egg beater omellette
1200-1/2 turkey and cheese wrap and a few baked BBQ chips
1400-last gingersnap from my favorite bakery in Leavenworth
1730-thin crust delite pizza- we stopped and picked up pizza on our way back home
2030-busquick heart healthy shortcake( made w splenda and soy milk) stawberries w splenda
No exercise; shame on me! I could of went to the hotels workout room but didn't! Not enough water but will get back on track tomorrow!
Nice to be home but now I have to go right back to work!

Lost 3 pounds this past week - must be doing it right!!

Here was my Sunday:

Breakfast: High protein oatmeal

Lunch - Mixed salad greens topped w/ grilled chicken, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing

Snack - Almonds

Dinner - Steamed shrimp

Snack - String cheese and an orange

64 oz of water
2 10 calorie juice pouches

Calories: 987
Protein: 95  <~ my best yet!

Howdy! I have really been backsliding! Today was better though...I actually ate some!

B: 1/2 serving protein pancakes with naturally more peanut butter, half serving

2B: 2 eggs, some italian sausage and some home fries

L: some deep fried halibut with steak fries (with garlic and parm cheese..) 

D: beef fajitas...

So my numbers are right here:

Calories: 1476
Fat: 77.4
Carbs: 94.7
Protein: 106.8

Not bad..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Before Surgery: 214
Highest Weight: 240
Now: 125.6
Goal: 130
