We are in Leavenworth and I have eaten too much!
1000-1/2 omellette and 1/2 pancake
1200-ginger snap
1400-few btes schnitzel and 1/4 c german potato salad and part of a soft pretzel
1600-gingersnap and white cheddar popcorn
Dinner will be Tacos at a friends who lives in Wenatchee. We are picking up drinks and dessert. I think something sugar free will be on the menu. Not enough water but not too bad either.

I did horrible today! I just didn't eat enough at all.

B: 1/2 serving of protein pancakes

2B: 2 eggs, 2 thick slices of bacon, 1 small pancake (regular)

L: basically nothing...when I realized that I was hungry no one else was hungry and then they had ice cream...none of that for me so I ate half a SoBe Crispy meal replacement bar

D: 1 buffalo burger on a sandwich thin...mustard and two slices of tomato.

four containers (24 each) of water and 3 cups of coffee.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1094
Fat: 55.5
Carbs: 61.1
Protein: 102.4

Way too low! I'll work on it again tomorrow..

hello ladies.. i've had out of town guest this weekend and we ate out a lot so my eating is way off track. i had already planned to just enjoy my weekend and not stress over trying to eat good.  

b- 1 oatmeal/blueberry pancake w/ blueberry syrup, 2 strips of bacon  .. at dennys

l- shrimp and grits.. at bubba gumps

s- 1 scoop of chocolate peanut butter ice cream

d- 1/2 a t bone steak, 1/2 serving of mashed potatoes and most of my side salad... at t bonz

s- 2 girl scout cookies

s- 3 light beers

liquids.
ff milk with breakfast
bottle of water
diet coke with lunch
bottle of water after ice  cream
water with dinner
big glass of crystal light as i got dressed for the club
another big glass of crystal light before i passed out lol

the only good thing is that we did lots of walking downtown charleston and danced most of the night in the club. with all the calories that i ate, i'm happy that we did.

Those granola blueberry pancakes are to DIE for! I think the ones my hubby got were granola..maybe just oatmeal but gosh they were heavenly!

We're the out of town guests this weekend so I can totally relate! I can't keep track and I confessed yesterday that I forgot to eat so hubby is following me around to be sure I eat now.
