Accountability - FRIDAY

Since no one started this for today and I know Dawn is not able to post I figured I'd start one.  I'm trying really hard to post what I eat every day and stay accountable.  Not the greatest day for me - too many carbs and not enough protein, but still what I consider on track.

Breakfast - High protein oatmeal

Lunch - 1/2 of a "soup at hand" tomato soup and a string cheese

Snack - Almonds

Dinner - We were at the mall so I had a subway club on flatbread w/ lots of veggies on

Snack - String cheese and an orange

72 oz of water

Calories: 1115
Protein: 63

Well, the day isn't over yet. We're gonna go out to dinner. Hard tellin when that will be. Here it is so far:

B: 1/2 a serving of protein pancakes with Naturally More peanut butter

24 oz drink mix (along with some Dayquil) Did I mention I'm sick? LOL.

24 oz drink mix.. can't remember what flavor

2B: 2 eggs, 1/4 oz hashed browns, 2 slices of really dark rye bread..

24 oz drink mix, can't remember what flavor

24 oz drink mix, caffeinated

1/4 of a serving of protein pancakes with naturally more peanut butter

Edited to add: dinner was an oriental chicken salad and for dessert? 2 doses of Nyquil. Not at the same time! I took one before bed and one about 1 am. I'm feeling better but still don't have my voice!

Not sure what I'll be eating. Not sure at all what the counts are. I'll drink another container of water.
