THURSDAY ACCOUNTABILITY

Dawn is on the road so I will kick us off!
0800-1/ 100 cal thin w/ a smear of peanutbutter
0900-16 oz water
1200-16 oz diet coke
1230-1/2 eggwhite omellete w ham and cheese, few hash browns
1630-16 oz water
1700-fried egg w 2% cheese on a 100 cal english muffinl 
2100-small apple, ounce of cheddar and a few pretzel sticks
2300-100 cal englush muffin w deli meat and light mayo
Will have a snack later since my eating is off today. Went for a run;3.2 miles. My thigh was cramping so stopped before I did my planned 4-4.5. I want to do a half marathon in June but am not sure the old body can take the training! I did 6 on Saturday and felt great; not sure what the trouble was today.
Hope everyone had a great day; tomorrow is TGIF!!! I will be out of town until Sunday so someone else can post Friday and Saturday.

My day...

Breakfast - High protein oatmeal

Lunch - Turkey and cheese on one silce of whole wheat bread,  greek yogurt

Snack - Almonds

Dinner - Grilled chicken breast, few bites of a salad

Snack - String cheese and an orange

Calories: 1130
Protein: 80

64 oz of water

I messed up on Thursday. Probably because I have a horrible cold! No excuse but what I did was I ate two packages of pringles sticks...and then about two hours later I got weak and weepy..sad!

I don't remember what else I ate but I did good before that..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
