It's been a while!

I don't even know how long it's been since I've posted on here.  My tummy tuck was over a year ago.  My weight plummeted after that.  I hit 122.  That doesn't low but I realized I wasn't healthy looking.  I had to work to gain some.  My current range is 130-135.

I still drink my protein shakes every morning.  PVL Whey Gourmet Artic Cappuccino Frappe made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk.  I have 2 meals and 3 snacks a day after that.  I say I'm vitamin compliant but I admit that every now and again I'll have a week where my stomach feels less than great and I miss.

I just bought an eliptical because my treadmill just wasn't doing it for me anymore.  With really only 30 minutes to devote to exercise I need to get as much bang as I can in as short a time.

My husband is back from Iraq now...for a couple months.  So that's good. :)

I'm slightly obsessed with keeping my weight under 140 but OVER 130.  How crazy is that?!  If I get down to 130 then I have steak and brownies...  If I get up over 135 then I go back to nuts, whole grains, salads, and salsas.

Beginning 265/surgery 255/goal 140/ low 122/ current 158!!!

I don't think it's all that obsessive or crazy..You've come from something like battle field fatique...you know what you can handle without losing your control and that's it..I know that I want to weigh 130 but can't bring myself to let that number go up there..Line from a song: It could take some time and concentration to believe it, this I know...but then you also have to understand that it's "the pot calling the kettle "black" sort of..I dont' think it's crazy but you don't know exactly how sane I am. LOL.

So give it some time...mental health comes for us alittle slower than the physical.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
