Lets see if I can gather up my mind and get this last day posted! I've been up since 3 am so I can hardly stay awake! I ate too much at lunch so the afternoon just really dragged. I have much to do this evening to get the car packed and ready.
 

4:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with reduced fat peanut butter (even before coffee!)

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with reduced fat peanut butter

6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch

8:00 am 10 oz decaf w/NSA Swiss Miss

9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 hard boiled egg

10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

11:45 am medium apple raw

12:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

1:30 pm snack sized chicken quesadilla (2 oz chicken, small flour tortilla, cheese), 2 shrimp skewers (about 3 oz cooked shrimp and some jasmine rice, about 1/8 cup)

3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Strawberry Banana

4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 1/4 burger patty on an oroweat sandwich thin, with mayo

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1704
Fat: 93.2
Carbs: 111.6
Protein: 126.1

I didn't do too bad considering I went out to lunch with friends to someplace different..

How did you do? I may miss some days in the next nine days so if someone posts accountability, that's okay by me and I'll just post on that..

Today was another day but the good thing is that I am off til Tuesday after tonight!

B: 2 boiled eggs, 3 breakfast sausage links
* 8 oz FF milk

*On the way to work.. 16.9 oz bottle of water w/ crystal light

S: Pure protein bar
* 16. 9 oz bottle of water w/ crystal light

* 12 oz water

D: Thin cut ribeye steak & broccoli n cheese
* 1 can of diet dr pepper

S: SF chocolate pudding cup & 4 strawberries

WOOHOO:CARTRIP!!!!! Drive Safely! We are going to Leavenworth Friday and Saturday but I will be in town otherwise. I will watch your posts!
0800-8 oz water
1000-rf wheat thins and 2 laughing cow wedges
1300-8 0z water
1315-spinach leaves, chicken breast, walnuts, craisons, and bleu cheese w a bit of vinagrette and 1/2 roll
1500-16 oz water and 8 oz diet pepsi
1700-cottage cheese and fruit cup
1830-16 oz water
1930-steak, small baked potato with light butter
2100-cheerios and soy milk
all my vitamins and such. I did an hour of zumba.

I've come to the conclusion that bleu cheese is my least favorite after the prime and bleu salad I had the other day...but it is SO good for you!

Yeah, Leaving this morning (Thursday) but not really early and not in a hurry because the plan WAS to pick up youngest daughter in Sacramento on the way up but she's having trouble finding someone to cover her shift...Something is wrong with your job if you can't get off to see your mom for what could be the last time but that only MHO..

My Wednesday

Breakfast - High protein oatmeal

Lunch - Grilled chicken breast (also had a little salad prepared but was stuffed after the chicken and couldn't eat any salad!)

Snack - Almonds

Dinner - About 1 cup of chili and side salad

Snack - String cheese and an orange

Calories:1070
Protein: 71

64oz of water

My protein goal is 80 grams so didn't quite make it but will try to get more in today!
