So the count down has begun...last minute stuff is getting done around the house; last minute things are getting packed..Actually, it's not the last minute but why wait till the last minute? That's how I forgot the Disney tickets one year! I don't think I'll ever live that down. We had to drive 35 miles back home to get them when I finally remembered them...Dexter was not a happy camper!  
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with 1/2 serving of reduced fat peanut butter
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
9:20 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with 1/2 serving of Naturally More peanut butter
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1 cup of cabbage and corned beef dinner from the other night...casserole
12:40 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
2:00 pm 2 tiny little tangerines, too small to be counted as two smalls so I'll count it as one.
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
3:30 pm 1 medium pear raw
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Peach Tea

After this I had two portions of Banquet Pork Rib with barbeque sauce...one portion is 170 calories, 14 grams of protein so I had two..I'm sure the carbs sucked! But here's the damage:

Calories: 1543
Fat: 73.6 (probably alot more!)
Carbs: 92.1 (definitely alot more!)
Protein: 108.9

I could have done alot better! So I'll try again Wednesday. We're leaving early on Thursday and set to arrive in Washington late afternoon on Friday..I'm too excited to concentrate too much!

How did you do Tuesday?

Wow, you drink so much!!  Good for you!!

Here was my Tuesday:

Breakfast - High protein oatmeal

Lunch - Cottage cheese w/ 3 pineapple chunks, string cheese

Snack - Greek yogurt

Dinner - Grilled chicken breast, side salad w/ red. fat dressing

Snack - Almonds and an orange

Calories: 1210
Protein: 81

64 oz of water

Feeling great to be back on track!!

I think I compensate this time of the month with water when what I really want to do is stuff all sorts of carbs in my mouth! LOL.

Tuesday..

B:  Smart Ones ham, egg and cheese mcmuffin

S: Baby carrots dipped in light ranch

L: Ham, cheese, lettuce, red onion and ff mayo on a wheat thin & bag of 100 cal chips

S: Orange

D: 2 baked chicken legs w/ light BBQ sauce & 1/2 cup of collard greens

S: serving of whole grain gold fish & 1 string cheese

Liquids.. bad today
8 oz FF milk w/ breakfast
20 oz water on the way to work
16.9 oz bottle of water w/ crystal light w/ lunch
bottle of diet snapple tea w/ dinner

Great list...You eat exactly right..The water will come. How about on the drive HOME? I can sometimes fit two bottles in on the drive home, especially if I stop to get my allergy shots.
