It's really hard to say what is right for you...Figure where you are on calories and protein and then figure you have to eat LESS than that to loose. What are your calorie figures right now?
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Before Surgery: 214
Highest Weight: 240
Now: 125.6
Goal: 130

If I were in your situation, I would return to the diet I had during the year following surgery.  That was 800 calories and 50% protein.

Once I was at the weight I wanted to be at, I would increase calories (like +200 per week****il the losing stopped.

The best way to ensure you are eating the amount of calories you want is to food log.

I'm 4 yrs out and have also gained 20 pounds. My goal weight after the surgery is exactly where I am now so I lost about 20 pounds under my goal weight. But I noticed that I was eating more snack foods than real food. I want to at least lose 10 pounds so I cut out all the snacks and sweets. I started 2 weeks ago and have lost 4 pounds. So I know that was the reason  I was gaining weight. After I wrote everything down I was eating about 600 or more calories in snacks and sweets. Have you talked to your surgeon they would be able to tell you what you should do to lose again. Good Luck.
