Accountability - Monday
Sorry I was MIA last night. I guess television happened!
Here's my eats:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes
6:15 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes
7:00 am 24 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8: 15 am 1 fig newton type cookie, 1 hard boiled egg
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:30 am 4 oz chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 cup spinach, 2 slices tomato, 1 oz raspberry vinaigrette
11:30 am 24 oz Hot Herb Tea, Sugar Cookie flavor
12:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:15 pm 1 medium Pomelo, I'm gonna count it like a large grapefruit...it was good but it was a lot of work to peel and eat!
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Peach
6:30 pm chicken marinara by Banquet..the numbers on this are totally a guess using chicken nuggets and tomato sauce..19 grams of protein for sure. The calories and carbs are horrible but honest.. Totals for the day:
Calories: 1524
Fat: 73.3
Carbs: 134.3
Protein: 104.6 I did alright! Not great but just alright. How did you do?

Hi everyone! I'm new to posting here, and I'm really trying to get back on track and lose pregnancy weight. Here was my Monday:
Breakfast - High Protein oatmeal and a string cheese
Lunch - Turkey and cheese on one slice of whole wheat bread, yogurt
Snack - String cheese
Dinner - Grilled chicken breast and a few bites of salad
Snack - Almonds and an orange
Calories: 1280
Protein: 80
64oz of water
I'm proud of my day but wish I had drank more water!

VERY GOOD! You did awesome.
You can add more water but it takes alittle thought. Build yourself a drinking habit (not the bad kiind) where when you do something, you have water. Get in the car? Water bottle. Go for a walk? Water bottle...That's what I do and it has really worked for me. If I do occasionally forget my water when I'm pulling out the driveway, I'm instantly so thirsty I have to turn around and go get my water!
