It's always the case with me that when I'm bored I eat more and drink less..You didn't eat more though..you did really good..Just the water and that's really the hardest habit to build..

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Yeah Junior High is the WORST! Thankfully most of us outlive the scars..

How are those 100 calorie english muffins? I'm using the 100 calorie sandwich thins and really like them and saw the bagel thins this morning. They're alittle more: 110 calories and probably more carbs but they LOOK good.

You did awesome. Keep watching OH toward the end of next week cuz we'll be in Port Orchard by Saturday, I'm thinking..I would LOVE to get to see you in person.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

I love the english muffins; they are Thomas Brand. They were on sale for $2.00 at Fred Meyer. They are usually $3.69 each! I still have not seen the bagel thins and I have been looking!
I would love to see you in person as well! I will be watching. It was so beautiful today. The sun was out and everything is blooming. I hope it lasts for your visit.

I hope the weather is good too...it's in the mid 70's here and really lovely. All the rain we had this winter has the California Poppies and wildflowers just WAITING for sunshine and calm winds..

I'm having a hard time deciding what to bring to wear up there cuz I don't know what the weather will be like...LOL. I'm already starting to get my stuff together. What a nerd!

I think I'll have to look for those english muffins. Sounds like breakfast to me! See ya.
