Accountability - Saturday
I got up especially early today. 2:30 am...why, you ask? Because it's my day off and I wanted to really spend the most that I could! LOL. I even woke up and asked for sure if I had to go to work today. If I'd have messed up and it was Friday instead of Saturday, I'd have gone back to sleep to wake up later..
My eats for the day:
1 cup coffee
1 cup coffee
1/4 serving of protein pancakes, 1/4 serving of reduced fat peanut butter (I made three servings of pancakes for later)
1 cup coffee

1/2 container of drink mix, strawberry I think (12 oz)
1/2 serving of protein pancakes and rf peanut butter

24 oz Drink Mix, Peach I think
1 egg taco at Denny's
24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
24 oz Drink Mix, Caffeinated grapefruit
1 bread flat with 4 oz Tilapia (left over from yesterday) and cheese with tartar sauce
24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry
1 oroweat sandwich thin, 4 oz Tilapia and cheese (no tartar sauce).
I can have another container of water, I think..

1400-fresh spring roll, small amount egg noodle soup, had some broth, 3 shrimp and 2 slices thin bbq pork soup, 2 bites noodles
1830-turkey kielbasa and S&W no sugar baked beans and brocoli
2100-raison bran w skim milk
ran 5.75 without any stops; this was first for me! had breakfast with DD and DH cleaned up the computer room and got another box of Goodwill clothes. DD was at a playdate so DH and I went for Vietnamese. Headed to Target and then Albertsons. Made dinner and went through my clothes and did laundry. I am ready for bed! It was beautiful here today. I saw several cherry trees in full blossom. I am pretty sure I got all my water and such.
