I opened a new and improved peanut butter today. Called Naturally More. More protein, more fiber..looks like less calories too. I had to give it a taste in the afternoon. Verdict: Good stuff.



5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with 3/4 of a serving of reduced fat peanut butter
6:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Peach Tea
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
9:15 am 1 medium apple
9:50 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 pm tuna salad, 1 can tuna (in olive oil), 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 cup spinach, 2 slices tomato and 1 oz raspberry vinaigrette
12:40 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
1:00 pm 4 wheat thin whole grain crackers and 1/2 T new peanut butter
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
3:00 pm 1 small tangerine
4:00 pm Dannon Yogurt (4 oz)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:00 pm 1 cup of corned beef and cabbage casserole (ala eggface!)

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1374
Fat: 68.6
Carbs: 93.7
Protein: 108.8

Short...pretty short but that's the case when I get stressed..

Peanut butter is not allowed in my possession because I have zero self control with it. I could eat it by the spoonfuls or would try to put a 1/4 cup of 1 piece of bread. LOL

Anyway, my day was good. I got up early, cleaned house, cooked then watched TV til work.

My good eats..

B: South Beach diet protein cereal bar & Banana

S: baby carrots & celery sticks dipped in  light ranch

L: Turkey and broccoli  Lean Pocket & FF Yogurt

S: Orange

D: Baked turkey wing, 1/4 cup of dirty brown rice & 1/4 cup of collard greens

S: Boiled peanuts.. a little over a cup

My liquids

8 oz FF milk w/ breakfast
16 oz bottle of water on the way to work
16.9 oz bottle water w/ crystal light
Capri sun water pouch w/ lunch
12 oz water
1 can of diet coke zero
16.9 oz bottle water w/ crystal light

I've increased my water but have been eating more carbs than normal this week and this morning, i was down 2 lbs.. crazy huh??

Down two pounds...You think those stall rules still apply this far out? Eat more and LOSE weight? I just sometimes wonder what is up with the sudden drops some times. and then I slowly gain alittle at a time and then that sudden drop...weird.

Hey, you won't do the peanut butter but a whole cup of peanuts? LOL. Too funny. I believe peanuts are very good for us..good fat, good carbs, fiber AND protein..

You are doing great on that fluid increase..good protein and good carbs...Keep up the good work. Have a great weekend.

0830 1/2 thin w PB- pre run
1000-16 oz iced tea
1130-fried egg,2% cheese, 100 cal sandwich thin
1200-reduced sugar cupcake w reduced sugar frosting
1300-16 oz water
1330-another cupcake
1900-rotissiere chicken,brocoli, and a bit of mashed potato
Not enough water; I am still working on it!  I went for a run with two friends 4.16 today then we had tea at a coffee house.
I will get in some more water and will have a snack after survivor and not a cupcake!

Oh yeah! water, no cupcake...Hopefully that works. You might have to spike tha****er with something though. I have Celestial Seasons Tea that I got at Christmas time...Sugar Cookie flavor! That usually does it for me...the sweet tooth thing goes away for the most part.
