After doing nothing all day long yesterday, I'm sure tired today! I need my caffeine so you're gonna see a lot of it in the list today! �

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with 1 serving reduced fat peanut butter

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated

10:30 am 1�small tangerine

11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

12:00 pm chicken salad with a small chicken breast, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, a small
amount of cheddar cheese and a Tablespoon of ranch dressing...and half a warm pita bread..yum.

1:15 pm�12 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

3:40 pm 4 oz roasted chicken breast, 1/2 oz light ranch dressing (no salad)

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach

6:00 pm sloppy joe (1/2 cup cooked lean ground beef, 1 slice low fat american cheese, 1 flat bread round)

Wow...today was a really low carb day..maybe I'll have an apple and peanut butter for dessert!

0930-cottage cheese and fruit
1200-1/2 roast beef panini
1400-half rost beef panini
1630-rf wheat thins and 2 laughing cow wedges
1830-taco del mar baja bowl no rice
I will have a snack later not sure what maybe a small sweet potato w splenda brown sugar and cinnamon or some more 94% ff kettle corn popcorn
no exercise but all my water and such. I had an average day work now home about to tackle 4 th grade homework and reading. I have only had jury duty once fourteen years ago; that was enough!

I think of it like civic duty but yeah, the whole day seemed SO wasted!

Looks like your day is full of brain work instead of brawn work...which can be even MORE tiring. I know I was exhausted after doing nothing all day for jury duty...BLAH...

Hiya ladies
After grocery shopping at 7 am this morning at walmart, My friend and I went to breakfast at Ihop then I came back home and relaxed before work.


Breakfast: 1/2 a Tbone steak, half order of hash browns, 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice of toast

Snack: Beef and cheese stick

Lunch: 1/2 a Tbone steak, half order of hash browns, 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice of toast

Snack: Tangerine

Dinner: 3 oz hamburger pattie, cheese, lettuce and ff mayo on a arnold's wheat thin

Snack: FF yogurt & few mango chunks

Liquids: 
8 oz Orange juice with breakfast
16.9 oz water on the way to work
16.9 oz water w/ crystal light added at work
16.9 Bottle of diet tea snapple w/ lunch
1 can of diet coke w/ dinner
12 oz of water after dinner

It seems like it's getting alittle easier to get the water in for you...I can see the increases from one day to the next...awesome! Great list too. LOVE steak! especially T-bone..yum.
