I did alittle better today. I at least stayed on track. I missed alot of my water and most of my vitamins..but I know what I ate.

List for the day:

B: chocolate protein waffles made into pancakes. I'm thinking the batch I got from netrition was bad or something...these were horrible again..

2B: cheese omelete with about 1/3 cup of home fries and 1.5 slices of wheat toast without the crust

Really didn't eat a lunch but had an awesome dinner:

Corned beef with veggies: carrots, potatoes and some cabbage

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1429
Fat: 84.2
Carbs: 76.5
Protein: 99.4

Granted, the protein number is pretty low and the fat total is pretty high..AND the salt in the corned beef will cause the scale to lie to me in the morning but...I still think this day was acceptable. I got some stuff done, packed or staged my stuff for our trip and washed all the bedding and vacuumed..

How did you do? Did the time change ruin your timing? It takes a while to adjust from that. Keep after it. See ya

I worked a 12 hour shift and ate my way through the day!
0730-scrambled eggs and a piece of sausage
1000-sf apple pie left half the crust
1200-hamburger patty and sweet potato
1430-cheese cubes, 4 crackers and a few grapes
1700-1 serving rf white cheddar popcorn
1830- 1 cup pork and bean stew
2100-cheerios and milk
All my water, no exercise and I forgot the vitamins; two days in a row! I have a pill box in my purse but did not take my purse just my license and cash card.

I had a busy weekend and didn't get online one time. 
Saturday:

B- 2 lg boiled eggs
L-1 grilled chicken breast from kfc, mini corn on the cob, baked beans
S- Power crunch bar
S- Handful of grapes
D-6" buffalo chicken sub from subway
S- 100 calorie ice cream bar

Sunday:

B- 2 eggs scrambled w/ ham and cheese, 1 slice of light wheat toast
S- Mini pack of M&M's
L- Grilled chicken sammy from McDonald's & pack of apples
D- 2 fried chicken wings, 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup of steamed cabbage and small piece of corn bread
S- 2 light beers
