Meals - Accountability - Thursday
0730-1/2 banana
0930-24 0z protein water
1000-fried egg on 100 cal orowheat thin w 2% cheese
1100-16 oz herbal peppermint tea
1300-24 oz hot green tea while waiting for lunch
1300-egg noodle soup; drank all the broth, ate all the meat then had 1/4 c egg noodles
1530-1/2 turkey on wheat w veggies
1800-turkey jerky
1900-16 oz crystal light
1930-2 slices delite pizza from papa murphy
All my vits and a 3.2 mile run with a couple of friends. Went shopping and bought a Garmin watch model 205 it was half off at the base; only $124. This is huge for me I do not splurge on stuff usually but I have really stuck with this running for the last 18 months. I had a pack of sf peeps; I just remembered; I love Easter! candy and I do not feel guilty about these once in a while.

You did good. 3 mile run! Cool. I plan on walking in the MS walk on the 10th of April. I shaved 10 minutes off my time from the year before last, last time...pretty soon, it's going to require that I jog to decrease my time...
I stocked up on sugar free peeps last year and STILL have most of them left. I roasted some of them for sugar free smores during the winter but gosh that sugary stuff on the outside is lava hot when you do that! Burned my mouth something awful!

I had stuff to report and did but it didn't post it...sigh, the list fairies are against me this week! LOL. I delivered a photo to my parents and had a nice visit with them but nothing...argh.
You did good. alittle short on the water but you had stuff that had water in it to eat (grapes, yogurt, lettuce, strawberries, that shake) so that's alittle better than none. It all counts..
