I love my Wednesdays...Lunch with my hubby is always good.  
My eats for Wednesday:  
4:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 3/4 of a chocolate protein waffle with 1 Tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/creamer and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Mixed Berry
9:55 am 1 medium grapefruit raw
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
12:00 pm grilled chicken breast sandwich wrapped in lettuce with mayo and tomatoes, pickles and onions
1:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
3:20 pm 3 slices left over turkey with gravy, 1/8 cup canned sweet peas and about that much instant brown rice
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

6:30 pm 4 oz lean ground beef burger on oroweat sandwich thin, with cheese, relish and mustard

and then I had a sugar free cookie...

Hi Dawn
Today was a good day. My daughter and I went to "Perkins" for breakfast then went furniture shopping. Work has been slow

B: 1/2 a big Ham and cheese omelette , 1/2 order of grits, 1 slice of wheat toast, 1 bite of my daughters french toast

S: The other 1/2 of my omelettte

L: Lean Cuisine frozen dinner

S: Light yogurt

S: about a cup of grapes

D: 2 baked chicken legs, 1/2 cup of steamed cabbage

S: Beef jerky

Liquids..
12 oz coffee
8 oz SF Kool aid
large sugar free iced coffee from McDonald's
16.9 oz bottle of water w/ crystal light pack added
12 oz water
8 oz water
1  can of diet coke
8 oz water

Great day at work had our staff meeting and nobody fought! An hour of zumba, all my water and such. I am off to shower and hope to get to bed early. I am still hungry I think I will have a string cheese and rf wheat thins after my shower.
