Accountability - Tuesday
Wow...a colleague of mine passed away last night. 59 years old, not sick. Died in his sleep...Sure makes you wonder about how you spend your life and how much time you have left...Wow.
My eats for Tuesday:
4:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 3/4 of a chocolate protein waffle with 1 serving of reduced fat peanut butter
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
9:30 am 10 oz decaf instant coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:45 am 1/2 package beef jerky (about an ounce)
11:45 am 6 oz coffee with creamer (times 2)
12:00 pm egg taco at Dennys. 1 scrambled egg, 1 sausage, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 small flour tortilla
12:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:00 pm 6 raw baby carrots
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
3:40 pm 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1/2 oz ****tail sauce
4:30 pm 24 oz DRink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
5:30 pm 1 sugar free "sugar" cookie...it's just really hard right before dinner!
6:00 pm Banquet Turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, peas..

Carbs: 102.3
Protein: 116.4
I think I can have that popcorn tonight..So I'll add at least some carbs to that group of numbers.

Look at those water figures! Good job. Are you finding that you eat more or less as your water intake goes up? I'm just wondering. I find I eat somewhat less but some people complain that their pouch is emptied alittle quicker or they notice it empty more and want to eat more. If I had to guess, I'd say your list is a tad bit shorter..

That is so nice that you can work out together! dh is a smoker and is 15 years older than me...he's not running or anything else I figure. LOL.
Yeah, it's really effected me bad lately with all these younger people passing away around me! I keep looking around hoping that I've said my goodbye's to people just in case. With dh's daughters living a distance away, I think seeing them is really important just now..it's been 7 years since we've seen Michelle in Washington and about that for seeing Danielle in Sacramento..All in all, I keep thinking "it's time."
Your list is really good. really good. Good carbs, even the rice..I can see you're cutting alot of those carbs out...That sugar craving is probably normal. I think anyway. You work out alot and use alot of those.
