Accountability - Monday!
Ah Monday...I'm so glad you're over! I'd say we should get rid of Mondays but then some other day would be the "bad guy."
My eats for Monday:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1 chocolate protein waffle with sugar free syrup and butter buds. I split the 3 servings four ways so it's actually 3/4 of a serving
6:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Blue
9:30 am 1 medium grapefruit
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Blue
10:45 am 1 can of tuna (water packed) drained, 1 cup lettuce chopped, 1/2 cup cooked asparagus chopped and 1 oz raspberry vinaigrette dressing
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:45 pm 16 wheat thin crackers
1:20 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
3:30 pm 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit
4:00 pm 1 serving of animal crackers (yes, cookies but at least they are low sugar)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 4.5 oz T-Bone steak, 1 cup lettuce, 1T light Ranch dressing and 2 or 3 baby carrots, raw.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1564
Fat: 61.5
Carbs: 126.0
Protein: 133.0
Not bad. Not low enough to have the popcorn I want but maybe tomorrow...It started out low enough but those darn animal crackers did me in...Maybe tomorrow..we'll see.
How did you do? Keep after it. Even if you fall down, get back up..keep trying. It's really worth it.

B: Don't laugh at this but I cleaned out my fridge this am..
2.5 oz hamburger pattie, 1/4 cup refried beans & string cheese (at least it was all protein) lol
S: Pure protein bar
L: Smart Ones frozen dinner & carb/sugar control yogurt
S: handful of grapes & 100 calorie pack of cookies
D: Thin cut ribeye steak n onions & green giant carrots and broccoli blend
S: 3 big strawberries, sugar free jello w/ dollop of Sf cool whip
My liquids:

16 oz Unsweet tea w/ splenda
16.9 oz bottle water w/ crystal light added X2
12 oz water

I wouldn't laugh...I cleaned out ours too but mine was full of junk...rice, bread, burger buns..and they were all old. We just don't eat that stuff anymore! I fed the bread to the birds and the rice to the dogs (in their food)..

I ate a cookie throughout the day one of those frosted sugar cookies. I bought it for mydaughter for St.Patricks day it was greenwith a shamrock. I got all my water and such and an hour of zumba. Would of beena perfect day if I had not ate thatsyupid cookie; and it was not that good. I would of rather had some Girl Scout Cookies!

One cookie and that's bad? Do you remember before surgery, a BOX of cookies might have been an oops..So if you put it in perspective, not a big deal...next time, eat the cookie that you want but just be sure you aren't eating a whole box of girl scout cookies...that would be me...sitting there with an empty package, saying "What just happened here?" LOL.
