Accountability - Sunday

This Sunday is more back to normal..Church and then breakfast at Denny's..I was going to go by my parents house but they weren't home...also normal. I did some cleaning and "staging" for the next week of work.

My eats for Sunday:

B: 1 chocolate protein pancake with peanut butter...probably a whole serving of peanut butter

2B: Denny's grilled breakfast taco..yummy

L: no lunch but I did snack. I had cheese, sausages (pre cooked turkey sausage) and some sugar free chocolate caramels while I made dinner

D: buffalo burger on a whole grain flat bread with low fat american cheese (kraft singles) and light ranch dressing

No snack tonight but I think this week sometime I may have to have microwave popcorn..I've been craving it alot!

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1757
Fat: 93.5
Carbs: 112.3 (yup, candies!)
Protein: 129.8

Not bad anyway. I'm okay with those numbers and what I ate. I also had four containers (24 oz each) of water, 3 cups of coffee..I may have another container of water before bed too...

How did you do? See ya Monday!

I love Sundays! Going to church fills me up for the week ahead. It is my month to teach Sunday school to the 4 and 5 year olds. I had 4 wild boys today! Cleaned the house, went to Zumba and came home and cooked for the week. I have not had time to read the paper yet! Hubby just got home from Oregon; it all feels back to normal!
1100-oatmeal from Jamba Juice
1330-baja bowl from Taco Del Mar- no rice just beans, chicken, salsa, lettuce and cheese
1900-alfredo stuffed peppers an Eggface recipe, I will definately make these again
2100-not sure yet am stuffed from the peppers
all my water an hour of zumba and lots of cleaning! I have several bags for the Goodwill. I am thinning out the extras around here. I also made black bean soup and green egg bites also brecipes from Eggface. I Have fage and cottage cheese to take to work too. Unless I fprget my lunch I am set for a positive week! I need to put it all on the daily plate but tha may wait until tomorrow. I need to shower and get to bed. I also had 1 red vine and 1/4 blueberry scone; I just remembered.

I really feel like going to church "resets" my mental attitude...and it's been WEEKS since we've been because we are in a Senior class and a cold could kill some of those little old people..at least that's my excuse.

YOu did awesome. Isn't it amazing how having dear hubby home just changes EVERYTHING...even if all they do is sleep in the easy chair and watch lone ranger. LOL.

Keep up the good work..See ya.

I'm a girl scout from WAY back when the cookies used to cost a dollar a box! I was so glad to see the sugar free ones last year but no such luck this year. My favorite is the peanut butter ones..but I'm skeerd.. Probably the only thing that keeps me from eating a whole box!

You did good. Awesome job!

Keep up the good work. See ya.
