Accountability - Thursday
Gosh! It sure seems like I'm getting into that old person habit of the less sleep I get the better I feel. I woke up at 1:30 am this morning and tossed and turned for a half hour and got up. I fell asleep about 8:15...So I did a load of laundry, cleaned the kitchen, hung the laundry, ate two breakfasts (LOL) and got ready for work. I'll be dead tired at 6 pm, I'm sure!

3:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
3:30 am 1/3 serving protein pancakes with 1 Tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter
4:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 serving protein pancakes with 1 Tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
7:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 2 pc turkey breast deli meat

3:30 pm 1 medium orange

What a great dinner! No dessert tonight...I could have some more water or herb tea...but I'm done.

I have had a carby week. Been home with mydaughter all week. Not sure what is going on possible leaky appy at the worst and best is just a virus. Has had tummy pain off and on for a month but febrile and nauseated this week. Keeping an eye on her.
0900-turkey sausage, scrambled eggbeaters w 2 % cheese, low carb toast
1230-turkey and pepperjack sub from Subway w double meat and top bun tossed and 1 cookie
1445-baked cheetoes
1830-ww frozen dinner
2030-sf angel food cake w strawberries and reddi whip
all my water, no exercise

I had to read that carefully. I'm glad it's not pouch trouble for you...but when it's our kids, that's just HARD..even if we do figure it's not totally serious. A month is a long time! You're doing wonderful mom.
Carby is a problem if you aren't using that ready energy. I hope you can get back to the exercise soon..That will level it all out. It's a fight I have as well when I'm stressed or angry or just over taxed..I know I can't do the refrigerator inventory eating thing anymore and the thought of that scares me to death so I basically have to fight the urge to quit eating all together.

My daughter goes to the Y in Gig Harbor on Saturday for swimming! I just found out today.

It's a fight I have as well when I'm stressed or angry or just over taxed..I know I can't do the refrigerator inventory eating thing anymore and the thought of that scares me to death so I basically have to fight the urge to quit eating all together.

I have never watched the clock like I have today. Work is slow so I have spent my time online, talking on the phone and watching the clock tick! I did have a few not needed snacks. That's about all we did today.. graze!
Early AM: 12 oz coffee, 12 oz unsweet tea w/ splenda
Breakfast: 2 medium boiled eggs & 8 oz of OJ
On the way to work. 20 oz bottle of water
Snack: Beef jerky & string cheese
Snack: 2 Handfuls of grapes & 20 bottle of water w/ crystal light added
Lunch: Smart Ones frozen dinner
Snack: 2 Hersey kisses, 1 mini kit Kat
Snack: Light yogurt & Snapple diet peach tea
Dinner: 1 Cup of chili w/ cheese
Snack: Diet hot chocolate made w/ ff milk

I hate boredom the MOST because it seems you can't stop! I fight that all the time. You did good though. Too bad you can't walk laps around the building when you get bored like that. I tend to pick up some department's mail and walk there instead of sending it with the regular mail delivery...I'm always juggling my water bottle with that mail but it gets me out of my seat and with my water..it's a win, win.
