I'm certainly ready for the day today. I'm ready to GO...all awake, facing forward and revving my engine! I have those days sometimes where I figure I can conquer the world...we'll see!
My eats for Wednesday:
5:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Lemon
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1 chocolate protein pancake with 1 serving of reduced fat peanut butter
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Lemon
7:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
9:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
11:30 am 1 medium tangerine
12:00 pm 4 oz cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and about an ounce of thousand island dressing
12:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:00 pm 2 slices american cheese, 2 slices turkey deli meat (while the tech guys were breaking my computer!)
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
4:00 pm 1 small orange
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Mixed Berry
6:00 pm 5 oz chicken thigh strips, home fried, 1 cup salad greens, lite ranch dressing

Wow...no carbs hardly at all! That's good cuz I have exactly one serving of my protein cake left so I'm good..

Nothing to exciting going on here. After taking my daughter to school, I went back to sleep and stayed in the bed til it was time to get ready for work.
My good eats...
Breakfast:
2 slices of french toast w/ a lil NSA syrup
( I used light low carb wheat toast, egg whites, splenda and cinnamon)
Snack:
String cheese X 2
Lunch:
Smart Ones frozen dinner
Snack:
FF Yogurt
Dinner:
3 oz hamburger (no bun) w/ cheese, lettuce and ff mayo
Snack:
FF Yogurt
1/3 of a mango
My liquids..
