There just don't appear to be enough hours in my day lately...I'm too lazy for the time to change this month(March 14th)...I'm going to be totally lost!  
My eats for Tuesday:
  5:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange (left over from last night at bedtime)
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1 chocolate protein waffle (made with soy milk instead of water and it was HORRIBLE!) 1/2 serving sugar free syrup
6:15 am all my vitamins for the morning with a tiny sip of left over coffee
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
7:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch, the blue stuff
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 medium tangerine
9:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch, the blue stuff
9:15 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:45 am 4 oz chicken breast, roasted, 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1/2 cup canned peas, drained, 1 oz raspberry vinaigrette dressing
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated (went for a walk at Walmart for my lunch-water in hand!)
1:00 pm a small portion of that horrible chocolate protein waffle from this morning with a tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
3:00 pm 1 medium grapefruit raw, 2 pc sugar free peanut butter cups
4:30m 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical Banana Strawberry
6:00 pm 4 oz roast beef (crock pot style), carrots, potatoes and onion soup mix (with a beer and a can of tomato soup) yummy.

So that's the list, here are the totals:

Calories: 1619
Fat: 78.0
Carbs: 118.3
Protein: 124.1

Now, without the peanutbutter cups I'd have been about 101 carbs...

I did good. I don't think I need a snack later but I could use another bottle of water or part of one. That worked pretty good with waking up in the morning...even before coffee I had water..Works pretty good.

How did you do? Are you losing your resolve? You know, the resolution you made about 2-3 months ago? Make a stand where you are and regroup..You can do it! We'll cheer you on, just let us know.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

OMG, the day has gone by so fast becaue we were busy all day.

My good eats and drinks..

Early AM:
12 oz Water w/ meds
8 oz OJ

Breakfast: 
3 strips of bacon
Carb/Sugar control yogurt
1/2 a kiwi

On the way to work:
12 oz Coffee w/ half n half & splenda

Snack: 
Handful of grapes
baby carrots
16.9 oz bottle of water w/ crystal light

Lunch: 
Smart Ones frozen dinner
12 oz unsweet tea w/ splenda

Snack:
Small pack of peanuts

Dinner: 
Baked pork chop w/ light bbq sauce
1/2 cup of collard greens
1 can of diet coke

Snack: 
16. 9 oz bottle of water
NSA chocolate pudding
1/2 a kiwi

i have not been tracking my numbers for a week.
that means i havent been logging my intake on the daily plate, but i did start that process again yesterday... at least for the most part.

B: coffee & my protein packed oatmeal
S: 18oz cherry lime drink mix
L: Pork roast, wheat dinner roll, & roasted red potates 
(I wasnt able to log/get a count on that)
S: 2 peanut butter cookies
(I stopped trying to log at this point)
D: homemade hamberger on heart healthy multi grain bread

I have no #s to report for that.

The Will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.
