I love the David and Goliath story..You're never too small to make a difference! But then later when David messes up all on his own, he's STILL a great inspiration.
Awesome lists..alittle light on Sunday but totally understandable! Fluids...more water!
Keep up the good work. See ya.

Nice list!
Yeah, I wouldn't get to try those pancakes if dear hubby hadn't gotten them! No protein at that! And the serving size was so big that he couldn't fini**** even with me eating alittle (probably aquarter of them!) ...I think he ate about half the pancakes and even left the french toast!
I'm so glad that we have this forum so I can see what everyone else eats! I am so bored with what we have to eat around here...I get new ideas or reminders about what is out there to eat..
Keep up the good work. See ya.

woooooooooowwww good for you Kay!!
That IS a nice list :)
I was just walking about this w/ my sister & son the other night. I dont usually do restaurant pancakes. Im a french toast person & love the french toast at Dennys.
But i tell you what, the short stack i had @ iHop last tuesday (free pancake night) were pretty dang good eh!!
Currently, im hooked on the oatmeal pancakes at home. They are much easier to tolerate than the wheat ones. Havent tried the flax cakes yet...
