Yeah, I admit it...I missed something today. I missed nearly ALL my water. I drank coffee but not much water. I got in one bottle (24 oz) for the whole day...

B: 1 chocolate protein waffle, 1 oz cream cheese (reduced fat), 1 T Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves

2B: 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 1 (almost) slice bacon, 1/2 cup home fries with onions and bell pepper, 1-1/2 slices whole wheat toast without the crust

L: 1/2 cup taco meat, 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1 slice american cheese, 1/8 cup salsa

D: 4 oz roasted chicken breast, 1/4 corn on the cob

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1427

Fat: 79.4

Carbs: 59.4

Protein: 121.2

24 oz water, 10 oz herb tea, 40 oz coffee...with NSA Swiss miss.

Not a bad day..calories sort of mystify me...why so many? Four meals, no snacks...but no water. I actually did get all my vitamins in.

Starting to think seriously about our trip to Washington..actually thinking about the hows and whats..Figure 1 week. 3 days in Washington and two in Sac Town..but we need to find someone to watch the house...hmm. The cats and hermit crabs are fine...just the dogs worry me.

0930-cheerios and skim milk
110. I -ww breakfast sandwich
1330-1/2 hamburger patty from red robin and 2 cheese sticks
1500-mango mantra with protein from Jamba Juice-180 calories,2 bites of pretzel and 1/2 donut
1830-cheese pizza papa murphy delite crust
2100-sf jello and reddi whip and a cheese stick- that is the plan anyway
started the day with a 4.5 mile run, then the appliance installers were there waiting once I got home; that is why I had cereal instead of my planned eggs and turkey sausage I got all my water and such.
It was a typical Washington day today, sunny in the morning and rain the rest of the day off and on. That is why we are all low on Vitamin D!

Sunshine is mandatory for where I live. When we lived in Montana it was cold as anything but if the sun was shining, my grandmother made us all go outside..she knew the power of that sunshine!

hello.

Saturday...

Breakfast: 
1 slice of light wheat toast, 3 strips of turkey bacon, 1 med boiled egg

Snack: 
Apple

lunch:
1/2 Cup of tuna salad... used ff mayo
1 slice of light wheat toast
1 pickle spear

Snack: 
SF Iced coffee from Mcdonalds (large)

Dinner: 
1 big slice of pineapple and ham pizza
1 hot wing dipped in blue cheese

Snack:
1 light beer


Water.. ( i hate this part because I suck at it.)

- 8 oz Orange juice
- 16.9 oz water
- 16.9 oz water with crystal light addedd

Get tha****er bottle in your hand! You can do it..

Of course beer is water too but it doesn't count. I don't count my coffee either. Pickles and pizza and hot wings should make you really thirsty with all that sodium...

Since we spent the day driving around looks for skilled nursing facilities for my dad, i didnt eat much.
I had coffee for breakfast
Mc Donalds regular hamberger, med fries & a diet coke for lunch
beef pot roast, mashed potates, & green bears for dinner...

 i swear sometimes it feels like i am jsut barely hanging on.
Then after the prayers warriors (Thank God for those ladies) got a hold of me on Friday, everything was better.

I KNOW im emotionally eating & im trying not to. So i am AWARE of it.
But i havent been to the gym or even on a walk in at least 2 weeks.
im tired & wanting to sleep all the time - so im depressed, which leads to more emotional eating!
Im not taking my vits & my carbs are WAY over count. but i havent been keeping track of anything.

The Will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

Right now your form of  exercise is pure nerves..I think stress is more wearing than running sometimes. I used to feel just drained some days! Maybe just a few minutes of walking outside in the sunshine (provided you have some available). I believe my grandmother was correct in putting so much stock in the power of sunshine...and that's not even including the power of Sonshine...Keep close to those prayer warriors...It's really a blessing to have them..

Two good meals is enough...Keep up the good work! See ya.
