Ah Friday! I'm more than happy to skip right to the weekend! Monday we have a male employee (never seen around these parts) starting in our department. We have to behave now that we have "one of them" around here. LOL. I guess we have to be good girls. AS IF!
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1 vanilla protein waffle with sugar free syrup and 2 pork sausages
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:15 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
9:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
10:30 am chicken salad consisting of 3 oz chicken thigh meat, 1 cup lettuce chopped, 2 slices tomato and 1 oz raspberry vinaigrette
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
3:15 pm 1 medium tangerine
4:00 pm 1 medium pear raw
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Raspberry
6:00 pm 2.5 oz tilapia fish, fried on an oroweat sandwich thin, tartar sauce, american cheese, 1/2 cob of corn..
So the totals for the day are:

Fat: 61.6
Carbs: 102.0
Protein: 108.0
This also includes 1 serving of sugar free cookies that I had while the fish was cooking. I'm good with these numbers.

1900-part of a vanilla cone from DQ. I just lick slowly on the way home and then give the rest to the dog

all my water and such no exercise it was a rest day.
