9:30 am 1/4 serving of protein pancakes with 1/2 serving reduced fat peanut butter (chunky)
10:00 am 1/4 serving of protein pancakes with 1/2 serving reduced fat peanut butter (chunky)
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:30 pm 1/4 cup cooked rice, 1/3 cup cooked red beans, 1/2 cup cooked taco meat, 1 oz jack cheese (leftovers ala - lunch time!)
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade

Now those are awesome numbers! and I still have room for the last portion of my strawberry protein microwave cake with reduced sugar vanilla frosting...yum..Or I could have some herb tea and some Nyquill...both sound good.

So glad you are back on the mend. You are on your way!!!!! Isnt it crazy how a cold can effectively change your life???PS ....You know they took the good stuff out of nyquil????My phar. told me I had to buy the extra stuff they took out to make it the "old" nyquil...
Girls are home from school today....SNOW DAY....They were screaming today...and so was I!! I have a million things I need to do today...My mom is taking them for the am so I can go get my taxes done and a few other things...
Yesterday, I think was a pretty good day...Let me know what you think....

You can see 139. I'm sure you can. Pump the water and protein and lower the carbs if you can but seems to me that I remember you do alot of exercise so it could be really rough..But what you have there is a really good list...really good.
Peanuts are alittle fatty but then it's good fat. I try and stay at one serving if I have them in a day but some days I have alittle more (Usually peanut butter)
