I'm feeling better. I still sound like doo-doo and that would make speaking on the phone out of the question...So another sick day. But I'm feeling up to keeping track of my intake and numbers:
 

6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss (see? I did sleep in.)

7:00 am 1 chocolate protein pancake with margarine and sugar free syrup. I ate the last morsel with a tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter

8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss

9:00 am 10 oz herb tea, pomegranate
I've parked myself on facebook and will do some genealogy research and laundry today too but otherwise, I'm not talking!

10:00 am 10 oz herb tea, lemon

11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Pink Lemonade (new, fyi, I don't like it much, too weak)

12:30 pm 1 prepackaged meal: Chicken Mole..not bad, 1 slice wheat bread to soak up the mole sauce

1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach

4:00 pm 1 medium orange raw

5:30 pm 5 oz pork chop, crockpot meal with rice and tomatoes, 1/2 cup plain white rice

Totals for Tuesday:
Calories: 1281
Fat: 53.2
Carbs: 105.1
Protein: 100.3

Hmm. Seems I have room for a protein chocolate (or other) cake...I could go for that! I am feeling better. Tomorrow I have to go to work - BOO..

So glad to hear you are doing better.  I said a prayer for you.  It stinks being sick, nobody likes it for sure...WHen Mommys not happy aint noboby happy!!

Doing okay...I think.  Hubby was off of work so he took me out to lunch to a BEAUTIFUL place.  Its called the Roycroft Inn and we sat in front of the fireplace for lunch as big thick  snow flakes fell outside.  Very romantic!  You need one of those days every once in a while.

Breakfast: 
SB Protein Bar with tea (#1)

XL Tea(Tim Hortons) with 4 lemons and splenda(#2)

LUNCH:

Hot Tea (3 cups)

Cobb Salad with crumbled bleu cheese with low cal HOMEMADE herb Ving. dressing sooo yummy! (1 cup)

Lentel and spinach soup (1/4 cup)~shared with husband

Here is where is kinda fell apart~ Creme Brule' with fresh rasberry sauce.

DINNER

Rest of Cobb Salad

Tea (2 cups)

Rest of Soup

Water (2 bottles)

Apple

Can anyone tell me whats the best solution for fiber?

I needed something and used Mylanta (my mothers secret weapon)
It worked, but I dont want do that again.

Not sure of the calories~but it was amazing and delicious!!!

You need a little romance with no kids yelling Mommy every once in a while.  They were so mad we went during the day without them!  Oh well, they will have to get over it!

They always say "an apple a day" and I believe that. Some good fibrous fruit is a good thing and no low fat or non-fat...I eat full fat stuff. It greases the works! But then my own little secret is sugar free chocolate. Right on the label it says "consuming too much will cause a laxative effect." So I have sugar free chocolates around just because of that.

YES! You need to remind the kids that you married their daddy till death do you part...they're temporary boarders but you'll have eachother LONG after they are gone...I had to remind my youngest step daughter of that some years ago. Guess what? She's married and GONE and we have ourselves those nice romantic moments alot more now! Our youngest son is going to be 19 this year and still living at home but he's like having a golden retriever...sort of nice to know he's around!

Glad you are feeling better, TOO BAD AS SOON AS we feel better we have to go back to work!
0800-1/2 protein bar
1000-oatmeal w/splenda
1300-grilled fish taco and beans w some tortilla chips
1500-fiber one bar
1700-reduced fat coffee cake from starbucks
1830-baked cheeto 100 cal pack
1930-piece  of meatloaf, I am out of anything green in the house and did not want the carbs from brown rice after the cheetos and coffeecake!
2100-sf jello and a piece of cheese is what is planned.
run/walk on treadmill for 30 minutes it was raining too hard outside for a run that I had planned with a friend. I did 40 minutes on the bike for 6 miles at the other Y while my daughter was in hip hop and I did my core strengthening exercises after my run so I am feeling good about that today. All my water and such.

Hiya ladies.
I went out of town to visit a friend and it was nice to get a way for a few days the only bad thing is that I'm getting a cold.

My good eats..

Breakfast: 
1 lg scrambled egg, 1 sausage pattie, 1/4 cup corned beef hash, 1 slice of light wheat toast

Snack: 
Small bag of beef jerky

Lunch: 
1 cup of steamed shrimp and veggie stir fry. 
( I ordered the sauce on the side. It was so good)

Snack: 
2 slices of ham & 1 cheese stick

Dinner: 
1 cup of steamed shrimp and veggie stir fry
5 steamed mussels

My liquids..
12 oz cup of coffee w/ splenda & half n half
16 oz bottle of water
1 can of diet coke
16 oz Crystal light

I sure hope you caught it in time...I was taking chewable Zicam every few hours; hot tea; vitamin C and Garlic...I staved it off till the guests left but still....Mine was possibly the worst cold I've ever had without getting bronchitis. But the doctor said, just a cold.

Great list..light on the water but you're still working on it..Keep up the good work. See ya.

Yeah!! Im glad your feeling better. Cracking me up @ Protein Chocolate (or other) cake.

I didnt think that i consumed that much today - but it really came out in my numbers.
I think it was the sammy from Specialty's Cafe...

Not a good day number wise...
But tomorrow *** today) is another day & another chance to do better :)

I actually copied the recipe from eggface...she's my hero!

sugar free syrup
1 egg
canola oil
sugar free pudding
protein powder
low carb pancake mix
cocoa (for chocolate)

I forget the other stuff but there is other stuff...I made strawberry this time. I figure 9 more grams of protein on that and maybe a gram of carbs..no sugar, of course.

Yikes...you didn't come close at all on the protein! But, as you said, tomorrow is another day...

DAY 2 - 5 DAY POUCH TEST

Then took baby to docs and ran some errands. By the time I hit the grocery store I thought I was going to chew my arm off from hunger. I wanted to eat EVERYTHING in the store...but I was GOOD!!!!!
On the way home I thought I was going to pass out so I ate two sf puddings with my finger
at home:
protein shake:
milk
2 scoops protein powder
2 scoops powder vites
1/2 sm banana (still felt woozy, is that considered a cheat?)
bowl of liptons onion soup
sf pudding
jasmine green tea with Truvia (mmm that Truvia is good!!)
starving at 1:am so I had a sf jello and cheese stick and felt like I ate too much!!!!
