Accountability - Monday
What I ate today:
1/2 serving of protein pancakes, this time added 1 Tablespoon PB2. sugar free syrup
2 cups herb tea
1/2 serving of protein pancakes with peanut butter..
2 cups herb tea
24 oz drink mix (on the way to the doctor's office)
just about all of a chicken quesadilla
1 cup herb tea
24 oz drink mix, SoBe Tropical
tilapia (3 oz) on a sandwich thin with a tablespoon of tartar sauce, cheese and tomatoes with 1/2 cup canned green beans
I fully intend to have a couple more cups of herb tea. Lemon and/or pomegranate, I'm thinking..and then some Nyquill to take it all away!

Not too bad. I had a slight carb coma after the quesadilla but I needed to sleep. Last night I slept for 11 hours..maybe I'll do that again tonight..that would be nice.
How did you do? Keep after it. Anyone else seen those bagel thins? Look interesting to me..I may have to try them. You know, for research purposes? LOL.

Day one of 5 Day Pouch test:

4 oz sf butterscotch pudding ( didn't like but ate anyway)

still hungry!!! Hope this works....
I don't love bagel crisps but I hate eating any sort of hamburger bun. There's twice as much bread as meat..They have those little oroweat sandwich thins and they're whole grain and 100 calories for one..alittle more calorie than a lettuce wrap but not nearly as messy as those.. I liked the idea of a really skinny bun so I do those instead of a hamburger bun or slices of bread (which I belive are 100 calories per slice if I remember correctly)
Once you get the carbs cleaned out of your diet, assuming thats the food drug of choice for you, you can control how much you eat by substituting other things. lettuce wraps, sandwich thins...
I bought two boxes of flavored teas yesterday because the one thing the doctor told me was that I was drinking enough water (a gallon a day) but to switch to warm or hot rather than ice water. I usually prefer ice water.

I have not seen the bagel thins, i will be looking for those. We do not have as much vaiety where I live as the big city over the bridge.
0800-scrambled eggs and 1 piece of bacon
1200-1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup
1500-cottage cheese and fruir
1700-grilled snack wrap
1930-meat loaf and small sweet potato
2100-skinny cow
No exercise, kind of bummed about that. I had planned on a short run and zumba but had to change my plans due to DH helping his parents this afternoon so I had to pick up DD.
All my water and such. I have a running date tomorrow so no getting out of that!

I understand the bummed feeling. I get like that when I've planned to do something. I get alittle cranky when plans fall through..but family is important and I have to remember it's not their fault (much). LOL.
I'm feeling better but no voice. I checked my messages and it's just going to irritate me to sit at that desk and not be able to chew people out so I"m staying home again.

This weekend:
Friday morning chiro, then oil change, then tires rotated - gased up, packed the car & off we were to go see my kick in the pants 82 yr old auntie. Got there, chatted for a bit & then went to dinner at CLAIM JUMPERS (omg that place is awesome!!!) where I had a 1/2c of clam chouder, 1/2 rack of bbq beef ribs (of which i was only able to down about 2 ribs & a bite of 2 of the mammoth backed potatoe) & a strawberry lemonade.
Back to her place, chatted for a bit & off to bed EARLY! I was so exhausted.
I cant remember exactly what else i had on friday.
I know i had a banana & coffee for breakfast & munchies on the way to aunties (baby carrots), but dont recall what else.
Sat. morning - up "early" (lol @ "early"), off to breakfast spilled HOT HOT HOT COFFEE all over my thigh, but still had a nice breakfast @ one of the Indian casinos buffet I was a good girl & "just" had 1 serving of bacon, eggs, 1 pancake & 1 waffle.
Chatted chatted chatted then back to her place. Packed up & off to my brothers.
Mc Donalds for lunch & then a left over rib @ his place. chatted for abit & then finally home.
Saturday night - I tried to work on a paper, but couldn’t. my eyes were just burning I was so tired. I think I might have had a left over piece of chicken for dinner, then i was off to bed.
Sunday morning up REALLY EARLY (seriously), you'd think I'd be off to church, but no. worked on the paper until about 1pm - but I finished it.
Showered (omg, finally a shower) & off to my cousins house for a goodbye get together for my lil cousin who's going into the Navy on Tuesday **sniff sniff**.
A couple of hours at her place, then off to WalMart for the weekly restocking of groceries THEN HOME **finally**.
Sunday I had:
oatmeal pancakes & farmer john sausages for breakfast
hors'de overs munchies @ my cousins for lunch
my HM carne asada tacos for dinner
I have no totals for friday or sat.
