Finally Friday! Woo Hoo!

  My eats for Friday:  
4:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
5:00 am 1 chocolate protein waffle with sugar free syrup
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 2 oz turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am office birthday party. 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1/2 cup assorted fresh fruit and a packet of splenda.. and then a half a small cheese bagel with cream cheese. I checked the numbers. I can handle it...we'll see what trouble it causes later.
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
11:00 am 4 oz chicken breast roasted on a salad of lettuce and tomato with reduced calorie italian dressing..
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:45 pm 1 medium orange raw
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
3:30 pm 4 animal crackers and 2 ounces of cheddar cheese
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
6:30 pm cheese burger on a sandwich thin...about 5 oz before cooking, lean beef   Totals for the day:
Calories: 1813 Fat: 77.1 Carbs: 130.1 Protein: 159.7

I don't think the bagel caused the animal crackers. I found out this afternoon that the guests will not be leaving until Sunday...CRAP..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Yikes;Sunday? Hang in there only two more sleeps!
0900-eggs w cheese and 100 cal muffin
1230-grilled fish taco
1500-string cheese and special K crackers and 8 junior mints
1800-papa murphy delite pizza
2100-reduced sugar brownies and 4 oz skim milk
no exercise except physical therapy and all my water and such.

Friday was an ok day. My dad's surgery as planned.

B: 2 med boiled eggs

S: small pack of lightly salted cashews

L: Salad w/ lots of raw veggies & light ranch and 1 grilled chicken breast

S" 1.5 servings of salt & pepper pork rinds

D: 6" Roast beef and cheese sub from subway.. tossed the top bread
