Yep, JUST Wednesday..
I noticed that I really don't drink enough liquids since reading you and Dawn's menu's here so I'm going to try to start writing it down. That made me drink much more today.
*12 oz Coffee with half n half & splenda
Breakfast:
1/4 cup of hash browns
1 lg scrambled egg with cheese
3 strips of turkey bacon
*1/2 cup of OJ
*12 oz of GV grape kool aid
Snack:
Pack of hot peanuts
* 1 can of diet coke zero
Lunch:
Power crunch bar
Apple
* 1 bottle of water
Dinner:
Salad w/ lots of raw veggies, cheese & FF Italian
1 BBQ pork rib
*6 oz GV grape kool aid
Snack:
1 medium stalk of celery with 2 tbs of low carb PB
*8 oz GV grape kool aid

I use to be a coffeeholic - but i notice (recently) that i consume less coffee/cafinated drinks during the day & i sleep better (at least this week) at night. Im drinking more crystal lite type drink mixes (b/c i cant stand water) & thats whats scoring me points on the water gage.

Sorry..I couldn't remember to email my list home last night..where was my head? Probably running after house guests! I hope I'll be able to hold out...It's Wednesday and the Guests from Hell will be here till Friday. I believe they will be leaving in the "morning." Morning for them is 11:59 am....I can hardly WAIT!

8:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick wrapped in about an ounce of turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
11:15 am 1 can tomato soup diluted with water and 4 oz chicken breast, roasted
12:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
1:30 pm 1 small pear, raw and 5 slices dry low fat salami
2:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berr
4:00 pm some of the left over chicken cacciatore from Monday..probably about 2/3 cup of pasta and maybe an ounce of chicken..Too much pasta..my stomach hurts alittle.
