Valentines Accountability

I had a pretty good day today. I got up early, went to church, went and visited my parents then my daughter and I went out to dinner for Japanese for valentines' day. She loves sushi.
My good eats or I should say bad eats..
B: 2 small banana pancakes w/ SF syrup & 2 strips of bacon
S: 1 sugar cookie w/ red icing
L: 1 big slice of thin crust ham and pineapple pizza
S: 2 pieces of SF chocolate candy
D: 4 huge grilled shrimp, few bites of vegetable fried rice, 1 grilled asparagus spear, 2 grilled broccoli crowns, 1 bite of sushi (gross) and 2 scallops
S: 1 light beer
I just knew the guests were showing up at 1:30 am this morning so when I turned over and saw 1:45 it was really hard to sleep after that. Yes, they showed up at 5 am..we were already up. Worked hard around the house all day. The problem child was, yes...a problem but tomorrow I intend to shoo them ALL outside to enjoy the sunshine.

I did much better than I would normally on a day off..and I have two more to mess it up..I hit the ground running at 6 am this morning...LATE..but I have a game plan and that makes all the difference.

We had a romantic Valentines Day;NOT! We are not into the holiday that much anyway. I did get some pretty roses. I bought my dh a new workout outfit. We had a nice breakfast, which I made. Heart healthy Bisquick pancakes shaped like hearts,egg beaters scrambled w 2% cheese and turkey sausage. Then we went to the mall for new pillows and DD got some new clothes;as usual! Then for the exciting part we looked at appliances! Had lunch at Red Robin, then I went to Zumba and then to my second job for a 4 hour shift.

D-1/2 tuna on wheat w half bread removed w lettuce and half a peanut butter cookie
