I don't see this posted so I'm stepping in.
Today was a good day. I slept in and when I got up, I did laundry, cleaned the bathroom and went to walmart to get some valentines day dinner. Tonight I went to an "Adult toy party" and it was really fun!

My good eats.. (Not the best eating day but I'm being accountable)

B: 1/2 cup of corned beef hash, 1 lg egg scrambled with cheese

L:2 fried chicken wings, 1/2 cup of collard greens

S:1 peanut butter cookie

D: 2 BBQ meatballs, less than 1/4 cup of potato salad,2 hot wings, 2 cheese cubes, 3 wheat thins, 1 deviled egg, a very small piece of cake, a glass of white wine
(this was not all at one time. This was at the party. from 7 to 11)

S:1 light beer

S:1 peanut butter cookie

OMG...I let my Saturday get away from me. I was just too tired to even be up past 8 pm last night...From memory:

B: protein oatmeal...bummer too cuz I had a hypo glycemic reaction to it and so I won't be able to do that again.
S: 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick,
S: 1/2 package of beef jerky

S: 24 oz drink mix, can't recall what flavor

2B: 3 egg omelet with ground beef, spinach, swiss cheese, cottage cheese, rye toast without the crust

S: 24 oz Drink Mix water
S: 1/2 package of beef jerky
S: 24 oz Drink Mix water

L: late lunch, I took dh to Red Lobster at about 3 pm for a late lunch and early Valentines Dinner..I had the Jambalaya Shrimp with Andoile sausage...didn't like it. left the rice. at the cheese biscuits...

Dinner: Can't think of a thing that I ate..but I went to bed early but I did have more water.

I have NO idea what my totals were! I didn't keep track when I reached for that cheese biscuit..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

UGH!!!! I love sleep in saturday mornings - but noooooooo....
I was totally & my  just had to wake me up - MOMMY!!!! SOME BODY IS OUT THERE!!!! LETS GO SEE!!!! I HAVE TO GO POTTY!!!!
That nosey heffa didnt have to go potty & i couldnt go back to sleep. So up & 7am on a saturday & started in on the housework, laundry, yardwork, & running errands.
