Is it me or has this week just dragged...when the boss who signs my authorizations is out, nothing seems to MOVE across my desk. Everything just sits! And there is SO much more for me to do at home than at work...So I sit and chomp at the bit to get home and get something done..
My eats for Friday:
Up at 3:30 am ...why? Not sure. Too much to do and didn't get much of it done either. I did manage to pack away some breakables from the living room. If they were my own children or grandchildren, I'd jus****ch them but this group? Not sure I can count on their parents to watch close enough and I want to be able to enjoy the visit rather than policing breakables..

5:30 am 1 chocolate protein waffle with 2 Tablespoons Reduced Fat peanut butter
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:00 am 1 medium grapefruit raw
9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
10:45 am 1 can tuna packed in water, drained, 1 T sweet relish, 1 slice processed American cheese, 1 Oroweat multi grain sandwich thin

1:15 pm 2 pc sugar free chocolate candy from my boss (she's so nice to remember that I don't eat sugar!)

I may be eating more but the funny thing is that I increased my calories and DROPPED two pounds..talk about confused!?

1/4 cup of hash browns
1/3 of a thin cut t bone steak
Lunch:
The rest of my steak from breakfast
1 slice of light wheat toast
Snack:
Light yogurt
Dinner:
1 big slice of thin crust pineapple and ham pIzza
1 hot wing dipped in blue cheese
Snack:
1/2 cup of NSA strawberry ice cream
3 strawberries

I guess with my job and yours there's either feast or famine..Because they froze our budget and no one can sign purchase orders, no one is approving anything so nothing is crossing my desk. It's either busy like crazy or boring! I even balanced the checkbooks, a job I really dread...

0800-veggie eggbeater omelletee and a piece of bacon
1000-delilled egg
1330-1/2 tukey sandwich and veggie soup
1730-inside of turkey provolone wrap w lettuce and onions and a few bites of the wrap
2030-thin crust cheese pizza and a skinny cow
will have a snack later when home from second job! I went in early to my regular job, hopped over to host my daughters class valentine party fpr an hour then off to my second job, but only for 4 hours, so I will be home by 2000.
No exercise all my water and such; I think anyway. Long day I am off to bed.
Hope every one has a great weeknd, I am just hoping to eat well and exercise.
