Accountability - Thursday
The weekend is nearly upon us! Some of us have tomorrow off...sadly I don't but that's alright.
The hoards are not arriving until the weekend. Whew, I still have time to demon proof the house and find somewhere to make my animals safe...and rest up for the challenge..
Eats for Thursday:
4:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1 protein waffle with 1/2 T margarine, 1/2 serving sugar free syrup
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydration Berry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 2 oz turkey breast deli meat, 1 slice sugar free lemon muffin bread
9:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
9:25 am 1 small pear raw
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
10:45 am part of a left over pork chop...about 3 ounces, whole grain sandwich thin, 1 tablespoon mayo
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit
12:45 pm 1 medium orange raw
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Cherry Limeade
2:45 pm 8 whole wheat wheat thins, 1 T reduced fat peanut butter

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Raspberry Ice Tea with added Lemon
6:00 pm taco on a flour tortilla with jack cheese, then I had half a whole wheat pita with taco meat and cheese..I'm pretty stuffed. I probably won't do dessert but may do some decaf and coffee liquour later..maybe.
Totals for the day:
Calories; 1814
Fat: 87.1
Carbs: 141.6
Protein: 127.7
Yeah, calories and carbs were pretty high..not sure what that is. Maybe stress? I really have a problem with stress and food. Those crackers again, I'm sure. But what I need to focus on is the victories...all tha****er, all my vitamins and then some (catching up from yesterday or was it the day before?) couldn't hurt! I moved around, even went shopping at lunch. I found the cheapest hawaiian punch packets! 0.88 per packet!
How did you do? Stay positive..it really helps your mental outlook..

1000-EAS Protein bar low carb
1200-1 slice thin crust pizza
1400-ww chicken veggie dinner
1600-baked cheetos and 5 kisses
1800-baked chicken,1 boiled small white potato, baked cauliflower w drizzle EVOO and a sprinkle of parmeson

3.2 mile run in 38 minutes, all my water and such. I saw a Physical Therapist for my back and she gave me a few exercises to do to strengthen my core so I better get 'em done before survivor comes on!

I know! When I see those packets, especially name brand ones, I snatch them up FAST...I must have 100 boxes between home and work..But you sure don't want to run out of the flavor you WANT at the time...
Awesome on the running and exercises..
List looks really good. carbs are good carbs and low..you're doing great..
Keep up the good work. See ya.

Thats exactly what I was going to say - with all the stress youve got going on - its no wonder the #s are a bit higher.
Thats also what i was afraid of at the beginning of this week - I wanted to tell yo uto be mindful of that - emotional eating b/c in times like these, i think we are all prone to it (at least I know I am).
Dont let it deter you though. You owe yourself this time & you are always on top of things. Im sure you'll do fine.
Stay strong sister :D

I tend to be a stress starver anymore. Before surgery I used to be a stress eater where everything went into my mouth! Now when I stress that mouth shuts up tight...no food in at all. LOL. What a problem to have being a previously MO person..
I'll be watching and dear hubby will scold me if I look like I'm not eating enough..He's good about that.
