Today was totally a me day...We went to American Way and I got a BUNCH of clothes for $16.00...then we went to Walmart (again) and I bought the towels to make the hoodie towels for my granddaughters...and then we went to Michael's to get a blank T-shirt to paint a shirt for my husband. I save so much money today! Those hoodie towels are $16.99 and the shirt for dh would have been $17.99...His is $3.00 and the towels are $5.50 each...and when I got home I made the towels..I should post pictures...i'm so proud of getting stuff done!

You know - being that it was SUPERBOWL SUNDAY (GOOOO SAINTS!!!), I wasnt even going to post for today.  I didnt want to enter my eats on the dailyplate & here b/c i knew I had completely blown my #s. But in catching up today, I decided to go ahead & enter the #s just to see what kind of damage i actually did...

B: coffee, 3 donut holes & a glazed donut
S: orange, mixed veggies
18oz. Great Value Cherry Limeade Drink Mix Sugar Free

Here's where is gets tricky because I didnt technically have a "lunch" or "dinner". Late lunch = game hors d'overs & no dinner b/c i was too full (lol).

Lucerne Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Safeway Select Sesame & Poppy Seed Crackers
Ritz Original Wheat Crackers

Sometimes posting the numbers anyway can be eye opening...sometimes you beat yourself up far more than the actual numbers would call for...that's the case with this one...

Granted the protein numbers are very low but the calories aren't that bad! You're doing good on the water. Maybe get bigger containers and put that packet in something about 24 ounces...you can give it a try and see what it does.

Keep after it. You're doing fine!

you are so right! I had myself all worked up just knowing that i had completely blown the day - but, in holding myself accountable, i ran the numbers & found them not as bad as i thought.

Thanks for being so positive & encouraging!
