Is swelling this far out from a TT normal? Sounds like it's alittle late for that but I'm not an expert...by a long shot.

You must be building muscle if you are going up...it has to be that. The energy is a good thing. I haven't had that issue too much but I sort of self prescribe caffeine for that in my diet..LOL. I know I shouldn't but I really love it..

With all that running, your list is awesome. You could play with it and lower the carbs to see if that would help but I'd be willing to bet the energy goes with it if you lose the carbs. You're doing okay so long as the clothes still fit fine.

Keep it up. See ya.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

The PS said I could swell for months! The more I swell the more my back hurts! I am getting an MRI Monday and I am taking some leftover vicodin tonight before bed. I have not slept well for two nights! Clothes do fit the same so that is why it does not make sense!

Wow...what happened there? I bet it was the calories from the carbs but wow...and very little water.

Well, the good thing is: there is plenty of room for improvement..tomorrow you can give it another try.

Keep after it. It's definitely do-able!
