When I think about it, I joined the MS Society in College when I was no longer living at home with my dad. But the society was sort of loose and not structured. I was doing way more than anyone else and school got too intense so I quit. After I got my health and mental life in order, I went back to thinking of what I could do to honor my mom...so that's why the MS walk. Walking before surgery was not a pleasurable thing..now it's lovely..And my husband sometimes my son walk with me..And If I can pick up some donations in the process...More lovely still.

I love having a cause. Hermit crabs and Multiple Sclerosis...

Your list looks much closer to normal now...that's awesome..Keep up  the good work.

Awesome or Aweful? LOL. I tend to hide when I do really really bad..It takes real strength to step up and say "Yeah, I ate the candy bar..." but some days, I just hide. I can't fool myself, even if I try.

You did pretty well! That carb number is high but the protein number is coming up there. I've been thinking I should stay away from the pre-made foods because they're full of carbs and sodium...I'm really sensitive to the sodium lately...swell up like a stuck pig and...that adds up on the scale. It's not the number on that scale but how I react to it and when I have salt and swell up two pounds over night..I panic. LOL. I know I shouldn't but I do.

Keep up the good work..See ya.

I'm being truthful, the Wednesday numbers were great! about 120 protein and 68 carbs

I'm training for this half marathon and this running schedule is requiring the carbs..I will have to immediately adjust after the March 28th race but 6 and 7 mile runs take some fuel! the exercise forum gurus told me to to get 65% of my calories from carbs but i can't go there yet mentally BUT I have an 8 mile run this Sunday and I'm gonna have to get there as I build up....

Be happy.

I had a pretty bad day when it came to food yesterday.  I snacked too much!  That is my major downfall.

3 "clemintine" oranges (over the entire day)
Cheerios with non fat milk
2 fruit leathers - strawberry
1 activia yogurt
4 oz dried cranberries
3 oz pork chop
4 tbsp mashed potatos
2 tbsp corn
2 nature valley granola bars
1 6 oz glass fat free milk

That's all I can remember.  I am going to keep better track today of everything that goes in my mouth and I'll see you all tonight!

I see alot of carbs but they are really good carbs...but I don't see much protein.

But you aren't trying to lose that much so, I am probably wrong. Kudos to you for the step up..

Keep up the good work. See ya.

I started off the day with a 3.1 mile run with a friend. I did not stop once! The iron infusions have really helped me feel a bit more energetic. Now if the scale woul dstop moving up instead of down! I still have swelling from the TT but this is getting ridiculous. I am starting this weekend to really watch the food and journal it.
