12:00 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, tomato slices, pickle slices, onion and about a tablespoon of thousand island dressing and 1/8th of my husband's bun from his cheese burger too.

Whew...it's taking me nearly an hour to eat that Bison Burger and I'm still not done! Probably will change that time there to 7 pm...no desert for me tonight!.

Hello ladies
My cell phone woke me up with a reminder alarm that said, Happy Birthday Quincy!! Instant tears after reading that. Funeral yesterday and his birthday today. I went and put flowers on his grave site for his birthday. Other than that, It's been an ok day.

B: The last of the frogmore stew.. 1 small red potato, 4 shrimp, 1 snow crab cluster and 2 pieces of sausage.
(Crazy breakfast but I don't eat breakfast til 12)
S: South beach diet protein cereal bar
L: Lean cuisine french bread pizza .. ate most of it
S: Boiled egg
D: Baked chicken thigh with light BBQ sauce on it & Green giant broccoli and carrot mix

I'm pretty much eating back to normal but a little less. My weight is stable at 170 and I've stopped loosing.
That's just a horrible reminder but you can change that around...Make a plan to do something uplifting in his honor on his birthday every year. I promised myself that I would do something for my mom, who died in 1974. Sadly, I didn't get around to doing anything recently till 2007..She had MS and so I've walked in the MS walk each year since then. I did join the MS society and worked as their secretary for a few years but it was so long ago..
Do something you know Quincy would be proud of.
Your list looks good. I'm going to look up a recipe for that sort of thing...it sounds so good to me. I'm sure my son and I will eat it up..

alot of walking shopping then a 30 minute walk with dd; against her will! What a nightmare with this kid. I let her drop basketball because she said she wanted to start running with me. She whined and complained the whole 30 plus minutes. We walked for 5 then alternated 60 seconds of a light jog with 90 seconds of brisk walking for 20 minutes then a cool down walk. I was so done with her; I told dh it was his turn on Friday!
All my water and such. I will probably have a string cheese and rf triscuits before bed as well.

Anyways - I think the liquid vits are starting to get to me. I KNOW I NEEDED to take them this morning, but i just couldnt bring myself to do so. Its almost like my system is telling me - AIIGHT HEFFA!! Thats enough!
I took the others that are in pill form (did OK with those) & a crystal form multi (my back ups) when I got to work.
