lunch 1/2 cup chicken srips with side salad and lite dressing with s/fpudding
snack 1 apple with 100cal coco almonds
dinner 4oz thin boneless prok chop w sweet potato mixed veggies
snack vita muffin 100cal
took al my supplliments and drank 64oz water
50 min exercise
cal 1161 car 110 protein 89.3 had a great week and the weight is coming off .
