I have come to the conclusion that some days are just like that. So long as we have more days that are NOT like that than days that ARE like that...we're still moving in the right general direction..I can let that carb monster grab at me some days (and it turns out that it's generally that time of the month for me where I just can't say no!) and other days, I'm as strong as forged steel...I can say no to ANY carb on some days and others, even the worst carbs have to be given a taste.

You still did awesome with these numbers. Yeah, the carb number was big but the protein number was great too...and I have to think the percentages were awesome...You did good. Keep up the good work...see ya.
