Accountability - Thursday
I use CarbQuick to make my pancakes. 1/3 cup of that (or any low carb mix, whole grain) and 2 eggs and 1/2 cup cottage cheese and it makes the BEST pancakes. One serving is WAY more than I can eat all at once.
Then for the waffles I found this CARBThin Soy Protein Baking Mix that has NO carbs and 24 grams of protein per scoop. Two scoops, 2 eggs and alittle water and that makes two waffles (on my waffle maker) and I can still only eat 1 of them at a time..The protein is AMAZING for waffles. 24 grams in the mix and 6 in an egg and that's 30 right there..My protein levels before lunch was 62% protein! Yikes...So I thought I'd bring it down (percentage wise) with a pear...those are high carb but their GOOD carbs. Even after the pear my protein percentages are at 51%! All that protein has me bouncing off the walls. LOL. Exactly the opposite as I was yesterday.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Yeah, usually hubby cleans the car but the inside is up to me..I know that stupid thing leaks but I don't have the money to have it replaced so I stuff a towel in the valley to soak up the water. Then I need to remember to take the towel out so it doesn't get musty. I finally got the towel out of there and have it drying up but...it's gonna rain in a couple of days so all over again!
Have a nice weekend. See ya

I have some labs today (Friday) but I don't have to fast...which is a good thing. I hate fasting. Makes me grumpy.
You did awesome on the list...Yes, you could have done without the garlic bread but...at least you didn't eat a half a loaf. Some carbs just seem necessary at the time. We just have to work on beating our selves up later.
Woo Hoo on the water..that's AWESOME.
Have a great weekend! See ya.
