I was called for jury duty as of this morning. I found out last night! No way. The boss is out and we're two girls short in the department already. So I postponed showing up until March 15th...But I do have to show up then and it's 70 miles from my house. This should be interesting.

4:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes, 1 oz sf pancake syrup and butter buds
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 oz turkey breast deli meat
8:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
9:30 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with 1 Tablespoon of Soy Butter (wow this was filling! must have eaten it too fast)
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
12:00 pm 1 cheese burger wrapped in lettuce with tomato, onions and thousand island dressing (and half my husband's burger bun too!)

3:30 pm medium tangerine
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Apple Cranberry

6:30 pm 4 oz steak (broiled), 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 cup canned green beans and 1/8 cup gravy.

Now, for the numbers:
Calories: 1356
Fat: 76.9
Carbs: 70.2
Protein: 111.2

Not bad. I'm happy with those numbers. So? How did you do? Find the point where you are at and plot your course to where you want to be. It's not an instant journey but it is a journey..

Go for it.

Hey Dawn!
Today is my first day back at work! It feels so good to be back. I was about to go crazy.
Before work, I had my last CT and hopefully everything comes back ok. Then I came home, took a nap and got ready for work.

My good eats...

B: 1 boiled egg & leftover steak

S: 4 peice Mcdonalds chicken nuggets (no sauce)
(yes, 4 fried nuggets for a snack! I'm trying to keep my calories up)

L: Smart Ones frozen dinner.

S: boiled egg

D: 1 baked chicken leg w/ lite bbq sauce & green giant broccoli n carrots blend

S: NSA Chocolate pudding and 3 big strawberries

I haven't done fitday in a while. I need to get my calories back up to 1200! I finally stopped loosing weight so I'm happy about that.

Oh! Getting back to work and normal activities has to feel 1000% times better. When the results of that CT scan comes in..you should feel back to normal if not PERFECT..

And you're increasing your intake...alittle at a time. Working has to do that for you. AWESOME..

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Heck, from the looks of things you didn't eat too much...you did a lot with the treadmill and the runningLooks like you were up nearly 20 straight hours! Makes me tired just looking at that! It must feel good to get back to your normal activities after the hernia repair..

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Protein packed oatmeal...I usually put tvp or protein powder in my oatmeal but I'm hooked on pancakes just now..maybe when eggs get alittle harder to find on sale!

Upping the water, I can see..The flavor packets work so well for me. I don't like the taste of plain water either. It's either packets or iced tea with splenda..Oh, and they have raspberry splenda and lemon flavor (without sweetener) too. Anything to flavor my water!

Good job. Have a great weekend..
