MAN i feel like im on fire today!! I have so much energy. I notice a distinct different in my energy level from last week (when i wasnt taking vits) to now.

Breakfast: about 6:15am
9oz water
coffee
1/4 cup Candace's protein packed oatmeal (w/ whole oats, protein, ground flaxseed & benefiber)
Breakfast snack: about 8:30am 
3/4 cup Candace's protein packed oatmeal (w/ whole oats, protein, ground flaxseed & benefiber)
Coffee w/protein
18 oz Arizona Diet Green Tea with ginseng

Lunch:about 11:30am

1/3 of the Weight Wacthers Smart Ones Creamy Rigatoni With Broccoli And Chicken (actually, i just ate the chicken pieces & dumped the rest) I was still hungry & knew I had more room in the cal count to eat more - so i had the:
17 pcs Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
1 bag NABISCO WHEAT THINS 100 Cal Multi-grain
1/2 bag of Lay's Classic Potato Chips
Lunch snack: about 2-3pm
18oz Great Value Cherry Limeade Drink Mix Sugar Free
Nabisco Planters Peanut Butter Cookie Crisps 100 Calorie Pack
10oz Isopure Perfect Mango Peach
1/3 c Deluxe Mixed Nuts No Peanuts, Roasted & Salted
Im hungry, but actually fighting to consume enough of the right kind of calories. I adjusted my caloric intake, so im shooting for between 1200-1500 ("Your calorie goal indicates that your total caloric intake should be around 1,593 calories to lose 3.0 pounds a week.")

Dinner: about 7pm
Peas
Fried Pork Chops
Cornbread
9 oz Arizona Diet Green Tea with ginseng

hit the ground running this morning with contacting an old friend from high school. She found me on Facebook! So we're catching up on 30 years of not seeing each other. Things sure change but then, they stay the same too. Much to do today!

  4:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa Swiss Miss
5:00 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with 1/2 serving of sugar free pancake syrup and butter buds
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Apple Cranberry (really thirsty this morning!)
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Apple Cranberry
9:45 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with 1T Soy Butter
10:45 am 1 medium tangerine
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
1:00 pm 2 small beef tacos (1/2 cup lean ground beef, 1/2 oz instant refried beans, 1/3 oz jack cheese, tiny bit of lettuce and tomato)
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
3:15 pm 1 T Soy butter on a spoon
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Blue Typhoon

6:00 pm turkey chili...2 cups of it...if I figured the numbers correctly my totals are as follows:

Calories: 1486
Fat: 71.9
Carbs: 111.6
Protein: 117.6

Well, by my accounting I did just fine..numbers about where they need to be and carbs less (just barely!) than protein..Gosh the chili tasted good tonight! With the rain and cold and wind, it was sure needed. I figure I ate about 1/3 of what dh made...

And an added bonus! I was able to postpone my jury duty until March 15th...yeah! With so many girls out at work tomorrow, including my boss, I thought it best when they said I had to show up tomorrow to postpone it..This is the first time I've ever been called so, this might be interesting.
