Oh yeah! You need to eat more often, I think..a scrambled egg and one strip of bacon isn't enough to put weight back on...You need a snack in there that is another scrambled egg and another stip of bacon..LOL...You'll get it right. You're working on it..

The water thing is just a matter of building a habit. I actually took a que from my smoker husband. Everytime he started up the car, he lit up a cigarette...so every time I get in the car, I have a 24 oz bottle of water with flavor in it. It's gotten so bad that I actually feel thirsty when I hear the car running! When I go shopping and push the cart, I have a bottle in my hand or in my purse. I have a bottle sitting on the desk in the office and sip all day long..I watch the clock to be sure that I'm not drinking too soon after meals and that's where the times come in. The time at meals and snacks is when I've finished and the time for fluids is when I start...so I'm SURE I'm not drinking when I shouldn't be.

You are so concious of the what & whens - which is really cool & a great advice. But at the same time - UGH that sounds like so much work! But in reality, thats what we have to do. I guess its all about the timing.
I completely understand about building that habit. I have to be doing stuff when im driving (be it smoking/ txting lol/ eating/ drinking). I use to have my coffee cup w/ me every where I went, but  lately ive gotten into the habit of bringing a fresh bottle of water in the car w/ me so I can drink when i drive (lol - ITS JUST WATER!! I SWEAR!!).

It's not as hard for me to keep track at work because I sit with my email open all day...I start an email to myself and send it back and forth as soon as I eat something or drink something..That's why it's so hard to keep track at home. I'm too busy at home to keep my email open and keep track but because I have a desk job and an email is quick and easy...the timing just fits for me. Actually, I don't even eat on my lunch hour. I snack most of the day and surf the internet on my lunch hour..

You can do it on the water..just build that habit..When we go into town to do the grocery shopping on the weekends, I bring a small cooler with my three bottles of water with ice...That gives me no excuses NOT to have the water and it gives any perishables someplace to sit on the drive home..
