Its so hard to make the right food choices over the weekend...
Breakfast
Spinach & cheese Frittata
Farmer John Sausage Link
Lunch
10 Whole Wheat Nabisco Ritz Crackers
10 pcs dry salami
Dinner
Baked chicken (leg & thigh) - YEAH!! i didnt eat the skin (which i totally usually do!)
HM mashed potatoes
yellow & green zuccini

Totals:
Cals: 908 (great!)
fat:: 46g (thinking thats too high)
carbs: 79g (knows thats too high)
sugar: 10g
protein: 53g (feels thats too low)

Do you eat that little of calories everyday?

Saturday..

B: 1 slice of light wheat toast, 2 strips of turkey bacon

L: Smart One's frozen dinner

S: The rest of my lunch

D: 1 scrambled egg with cheese, 2 sausge patties

S: Protein shake


I cant wait til I can eat again!!

Hi Kay,

No, I started off on the 14th eating 1540, then went up to 2010 & finally worked my way down.
I know i need to increase my caloric intake b/c 908 is too low & im not getting enough energy from it.
Im shooting for about 1150/day.

The Will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.
