ACCOUNTABILITY FRIDAY!!!

Ready for the weekend??? I am! Although my area is currently being pounded by rain (I think we are on day 5 of downpours - which is really depressing) I am so charged about my progress. I feel like Im armed & ready for the battle.
I stopped by the Vitashoppe today & loaded up on a bunch of my vits & minerals in liquid form (b/c i seriously hack trying to choke down the horse pills). I say "a bunch of" b/c Im not sure if what I got covers the gambit - but it's a start! Especially for someone (like me) who DOESNT regularly take supplements. But im starting a new & getting back on track w/ a goal of reducing body fat & increasing my overall health & the vits are a HUGE part of that.

5 slices of dry salami & 5 wheat ritz crackers
1 bottle Mango Isopure
Dinner
Pan seared Rib-eye Steak
1/2 med. baked potatoe
Boiled caulifower & broccili

Cals: 933
Fat: 32g
Carbs: 53g
Sugars: 5g
Protein: 101g (killed it!!!)
