accountability wensday 1/20/10
I actually wanted to make today and good one because I know the next two days will be hit and miss...I have my stuff all ready and packed..jerky, protein shake packs, whole grain crackers and peanutbutter, taking all sorts of stuff for snacks...All my vitamins! Gotta remember those..Hubby just realized that I got tickets for the evening event tomorrow so he's not so frantic about the weather...We got snow today and the weather further east of here is just as bad...

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
6:30 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with sf syrup and butter buds
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Peach Tea
9:15 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1/2 protein pancakes w/2T Soy Butter
10:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, pickles, onions, tomatoes and thousand island dressing on the side
1:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Strawberry Banana
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 small orange raw
3:00 pm 10 oz herb tea, Celestial Seasons, Sugar Cookie
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
6:30 pm 1 buffalo burger, oroweat sandwich thin, 3 small slices tomato and 1T mayo.
Got it all done and then some! I guess I'm in the zone today!

Ohhh, I just love taking trips. I sure could use one now.
Anyway, my day was good. I went to the dollar store and walmart and did all my valentine day shopping. I know it's early but I hate waiting til the last minute. Other than t hat, I just stayed home and chilled out.
The nausea is less frequently but it's still there. I just get full so fast and i hate that because in my head, I want to eat, eat, eat!! I weighed myself this morning and I am 164 lbs. I don't' like how thin my face looks and I don't like people making comments about it. It makes me feel horrible. I want to be back at 175. It's crazy how those few little lbs make such a huge difference and I NEVER thought I'd be saying I don't want to loose any more weight! WOW!!

L: 1/4 cup of tuna salad, string cheese & 4 saltine crackers
S: 1/4 cup of chicken and veggie soup
D: 2 fried chicken wings
S: 1/2 cup of NSA chocolate ice cream

I'm so sorry you lost all that weight...I never thought I'd say THAT either! LOL...But I know how you feel. Don't concentrate on how you LOOK but how you feel. You feel better and will feel better and better soon enough..you can work on getting that weight back once you get how you FEEL stablized.
Hubby and I just love our road trips. The weather is really horribible though and the drive here was really wet and dangerous. There must be some sort of break in the wiring under the hood because we had issues with the engine dying at speeds of 75-80 mph...Yikes! And visability is really bad..we had snow and mostly blowing rain across the desert..Then to make matters worse the motel lost power when we checked in, several times. Then we got to the auction as the sun went down...Imagine trying to find the car you parked in the pouring rain, in the dark in pouring freezing rain...We were SOAKED after an hour of looking for my poor little mustang..Now the weather has cleared alittle. The wind is suppose to keep blowing (not as bad) and the temps are still low (but not as low as yesterday) but the drive home should be interesting to say the least...
Otherwise, we're having a BLAST!
